Spectra Customers Who Purchased in Phase One and Are Currently Waiting
Dear valued CC Members
We wanted to give you a quick update on the progress of your Spectra order. The good news is that assembly of the main components is now complete.
During production, Atom Lab upgraded the Spectra’s chipset to incorporate an additional pulsed therapy feature. This was an enhancement to the original specification and required a corresponding adjustment to the CAD design of the device casing.
Unfortunately, the case manufacturer did not incorporate this design change before commencing production. They have fully acknowledged the oversight and accepted responsibility for the error. To ensure the upgraded technology is properly accommodated, they are now producing a replacement case at their own expense.
While this is an unexpected setback, it is important to us that your Spectra is delivered with the upgraded technology correctly integrated, rather than compromising on the final product.
As a result, we anticipate a further delay of approximately two to three weeks.
We sincerely apologise for the additional wait and appreciate your patience and understanding. We look forward to getting your Spectra completed and delivered to you as soon as possible.
We know this extra wait may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. We are confident, though, that the new pulsed therapy feature makes the Spectra an even better product, and that it will be well worth the wait.
A thank-you gift
As a gesture of goodwill and appreciation for your patience, we will include a complimentary pair of Atom Cell stickers (worth £169) with your order, for use alongside your Spectra.
As one of the very first customers in the world to receive the Spectra, you will be among the first to experience this enhanced technology before it reaches the wider market.
Thank you for being part of the Atom Lab journey. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to delivering your Spectra very soon.
