Wisconsin starts the process to withdraw its 10 college votes away from Biden.
It got passed in the first stage and now moved to the Rules Committee.
If it passes there then it will go to the Wisconsin Senate who have the authority to take back the 10 Biden votes.
There is some ways to go, but it's a huge start and one that will make states like Arizona wonder why they are so backward after spending half a lifetime counting.
