The third phase of the planned Ukraine war has now started.

Russia has announced that it is in effect at war with NATO due to arms shipments from the west through Poland etc.

A nuclear war was again brought up as a very real possibility as Russia made clear that if frustrated by the west would use battlefield nuclear weapons to break the deadlock.
