Queen vs Harry and Meghan

The Queen has ordered staff and retainers to open a dialogue with Harry and Meghan.

But to stop this Meghan has gone back to Canada thus leaving Harry to field off the Queen's staff.

With Meghan in Canada no discussion can be had.
